Review
Today We will review Chapter 231 of Blue Lock. This chapter was actually pretty insane, so be sure to stick right till the end.
Game Overview: Bastard Munchen vs. Ubers
As we enter the game’s final stages between Bastard Munchen and the Ubers, the game is tied two to two. As tensions run high and anticipation builds, the players eagerly wait for the game to restart.
Snuffy’s Leadership and Baru’s Determination
We see Snuffy sitting down in his master chair while taking off his headband. He tells the Ubers that since he has already hijacked the team, they shall play through him using the tactics he’s shown them, encouraging them to make a goal that even he couldn’t come up with. Snuffy also has a rather sluggish look on his face as he tells Baru that if they lose, he better take full responsibility. This, of course, doesn’t faze the King, who just tells Snuffy to sit quietly on the bench and tremble in fear as he watches Baru surpass him.
Noah and Kiyora’s Interaction
As Noah approaches his seat, he puts his arm on Kiyora’s shoulder and promises him that he will play in the next match. I honestly still feel so bad for him, but at the same time, I feel extreme excitement towards Hiro, who’s getting ready to give it his all. Nehru’s efforts to comfort Kiyora are also worth mentioning, as he’s always there to hype or comfort his teammates.
Isagi and Hiro’s Partnership
Back to Hiro, who thanks Isagi for picking him. However, Isagi says that he didn’t do it for him and instead needs his abilities to score. Isagi asks Hiro if he can use Metavision, which Hiro surprisingly and calmly confirms.
Master Tacticians: Snuffy and Noah
Noah tells Snuffy that he didn’t expect him to resort to emotional tactics and asks if he got soft due to the brats’ enthusiasm. Snuffy acknowledges Noah’s choice of Isagi as his protégé, and they discuss Baru’s potential as a striker.
Final Thoughts and Predictions
As the game resumes, Isagi feels confident that he has all the pieces to become the hero and dominate the match. The text at the bottom teases the next chapter titled “High Evolution,” hinting at a big moment ahead. The anticipation is at an all-time high as we look forward to what might be a power-up or a significant development in the storyline.
Conclusion
I loved how Noah ensured that Kiyora will play in the next game. He seems to have a big role to play in the series. I also enjoyed the dynamics between Hiro and Isagi, and the hints at Noah and Ego’s past rivalry were fascinating.
